For Standard and Large-Scale Grants, please upload the following five documents. All must be uploaded at the same time in order to complete your final report.

  1. Completed report form.
  2. Syllabus with learning outcomes and links to the materials as used per day, week, or unit, organized chronologically.
  3. Supporting data files on the impact of your Textbook Transformation.
  4. A photograph of your team and/or your students for use in ALG website and materials.
  5. An invoice for the final payment from your institution's Business or Research Office.

For Mini-Grants, please upload your Final Report form and an invoice for the final payment from your institution's Business or Research Office. You can submit your materials here through a .zip folder, or you can link to the new materials in your Final Report.
